Implementation Guide: Level A contains notes on instructional best practices and lesson plans for use with the Slingerland® Structured Multisensory Approach to Language Arts. 
 
Contents include:
Example scope and sequence of initial letter/sound instruction by unit.
Lesson Plans for each unit.
Activities for each letter of the alphabet.
 
The Level A lessons are designed as a language guide for the first grade year. Older students will follow the same sequence but move through this level much more quickly. Adults require a very short time for this level.
