NOTE: The online registration form allows schools/districts to register with Purchase Orders. If you will be using a purchase order, please choose that option when checking out of the online store or you may click on the link shown below and download the registration form. If a registration form for that course is not available, click on the email link for the contact person listed for that site/course. Or you may contact the office directly to answer any questions about payment options for the comprehensive courses, scholarship availability or additional course requirements.
